I’m a 112kg Boxer and Martial Artist dedicated to strength, discipline, and performance. My training follows a 7-day split: Chest (Mon), Back (Tue), Shoulders (Wed), Arms (Thu), Legs (Fri), Core (Sat), and Cardio (Sun). Lionheart Warrior reflects my passion for combat sports, fitness, and the relentless drive to push beyond limits.

My Story

Eight years ago, I weighed 170kg and battled depression. Through discipline, training, and resilience, I transformed my life and today I’m 112kg, a boxer, and a martial artist.

 

My fuel is simple and powerful: steak, eggs, and wholesome vegetables like carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, and corn. Lionheart Warrior is about strength, perseverance, and proving that change is always possible.
